Editorial policy
Modern Venture Guide aims to make its explanations clear, accurate and independent. We distinguish general editorial guidance from personal professional advice and welcome corrections when a detail needs another look.
Accuracy and clarity
We work to present claims carefully, use plain language and avoid stating uncertain details as settled fact. Articles should make their scope clear and be useful without relying on invented examples presented as real events, people or businesses. Where a subject calls for specialist or locally specific advice, we avoid treating a general article as a substitute.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for their relevance to the publication's subject and readers. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, favourable treatment or an editorial recommendation. Partner material is kept distinguishable from independent editorial content.
Partner material and illustrations
Sponsored or partner material is labelled clearly so readers can recognise its relationship to a collaboration. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when that applies, the illustration is identified accordingly. Illustrations are not evidence for factual claims.
Corrections
If you notice a factual error or a misleading passage, please send the article title and a description of the issue through the Contact page. We review correction requests and amend text when warranted, taking care that changes make the article more accurate and clear.
A venture is made in the choices
We look at the small, visible decisions behind independent work: what it offers, how it is made and what makes its character clear.
